Hello, My name is Amy and I am a certified ESL(English as a Second Language) teacher from the Philippines and proud to say holding a TESOL(Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and IELTS(International English Language Testing System) certificate. I have a 3-year experience as a customer service representative in an American BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company where we provide wonderful service to our clients from the USA and from there I gained a very good knowledge in English communication. I explored my options and from there was given the chance to educate smart students from China.
