Hello! :) My name is Larissa and I am from South Africa where I teach English online to students worldwide. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about different cultures. Speaking with people who want to improve their English is my most favourite thing to do. I also enjoy real-world conversational and situational English. I have completed my studies in Professional Photography and also my TEFL Certificate. I have many interests that we can discuss. My teaching style? Fun and interactive! I really like teaching English that is relevant to YOU and what you would like to achieve. We will have fun during our lessons while focusing on your goals. Some examples include small talk, conversation, listening skills or even jokes. Why should you spend your money on me? You are not just “another student” to me. As we work together to build your English competency , we will get to know each other more, making the lessons seem like they are about your life. I use supplementary materials and resources outside of our normal lessons for example: Whatsapp, Skype and homework about current events. Audio policy – I do not do audio only calls as your body language and facial expressions are important indicators of whether or not your understand the material we are discussing.
