Hello everyone! My name is Mary ann, but you can call me Maria. I am 40 years old and a mother. I was born and raised in the Philippines. I graduated from University of Bohol with the Bachelors degree in Criminology, but I have been teaching English since 2005. My career teaching English started in South Korea and more doors have opened for me since then including the opportunity to teach English in Malaysia and China. I teach all age groups and levels. Having diverse groups of students, I learned to recognize that people are unique in their own way. I have been teaching online for over 4 years now. I am a very experienced teacher, and I am familiar with different kinds of students in my classes. Aside from English, I also speak 3 other languages. I love challenges and I am a very persistent person. I know from experience that life is what you make it. It is all about choices! Sometimes a bit of luck helps. I love traveling and I often go surfing in Indonesia, Malaysia, and in the Philippines. I love learning new things every day and I have learned a lot of things from my life experiences.
