Hello! My name is Ashe, and I'm from the Philippines. I find joy and pleasure in relating with people because I learn from them just as they learn from me. Helping other people improve their English skills is one of my passions in life. I enjoy real-world conversational and situational English. I am actually a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information and Technology and an undergrad in Bachelor of Science in Nursing which is why I can relate to students and professionals in the fields of English, Information Technology and Medicine. I also have many other interests that I can't wait for us to discuss together. As for my teaching style, I like to keep my class fun and interactive! I will be your facilitator to hands-on learning. I believe in teaching students with dignity, and in providing a fun, student-centered learning environment. You will learn English in a way that is relevant to you and to what you want to achieve. While having fun in our lessons, we will still focus in achieving your goals together. Some examples include small talk, rapid conversation, listening skills, idioms or even jokes. The big question is, "Why spend your hard-earned money on me?" Know that you are not just "another student" to me. As we work together in building your English competency, we will get to know each other more, and apply as much as possible our lessons to your life. I use supplementary materials and resources outside of our normal lessons. Some examples include WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, and homework about current events. Plus, with my teaching background, I have handled different students of varied nationalities that ranges from Beginner to Advance levels, so, know that you are in good, capable hands. I'm quite flexible with how you want our lessons done. If you prefer an "audio only" class, we may do so if you request it.
